Privacy Policy

1. Our approach
Kugiri (the “App”) stores your focus sessions, ratings, and preferences locally on your device. This information is not automatically sent to a server operated by the developer.
2. Information stored on your device
- Task name, task type, and current condition you enter
- Suggested, selected, and actual focus duration
- Actions taken at the end of a session and post-session ratings
- Learned adjustments by task type and app preferences
- A random identifier used to distinguish local usage history
3. Notifications
The App uses local notifications to tell you when a focus session or break ends. Notifications are scheduled on your device and are optional. Core features remain available if you decline notification permission.
4. Exporting and sharing data
Your history is exported as a CSV file only when you explicitly choose “Share CSV.” You select the destination and complete the sharing action yourself. Task names are excluded from validation data by default.
5. Third parties and tracking
The App does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies. We do not sell or provide personal or health information to third parties.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete local session history and learned adjustments from “Delete all history” in Settings. Deleting the App also deletes the information the App stores on your device.
7. Changes to this policy
If App features or data practices change, this page will be updated. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page.
